Any entries made or received by the Anker SOLIX after the Participation Period will be void. It is acknowledged by participants that it may not be possible for the Anker SOLIX to see contents made should certain privacy settings or technical errors. Any content made that the Anker SOLIX cannot see will be void.-You confirm that their submitted content does not contain material that is (a) anything fraudulent, false, misleading or deceptive; (b) anything defamatory, obscene, pornographic, vulgar or offensive; (c) anything that promotes illegal or harmful activities or substances; (d) anything that promotes discrimination, bigotry, racism, hatred, harassment or harm against any individual or group; (e) anything that infringes upon, misappropriates or violates a third party's patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, moral rights or other intellectual property rights, rights of publicity or privacy; (f) anything that violates or encourages conduct that might violate any applicable law or regulation or give rise to civiliability; (g) anything violent or threatening, or anything that promotes violence or actions that might be threatening to another person.4. PUBLICITY1) By participating, you grant Anker SOLIX the right to feature your content on their social media accounts and marketing materials.2) Anker SOLIX reserves the right to create derivative works from your content (e.g., trimming, adding voiceovers, or overlaying branding elements) and to run paid promotions or ads featuring your content.3) You warrant that: -you own and control all the rights in and to your content; -the licence to use the contents does not (i) violate, misappropriate or infringe upon the rights of any third parties; (ii) breach any applicable statute or regulation or entitle any person, entity or body to institute proceedings against or claim any payment.5. INDEMNIFICATION AND LIABILITY1) You are fully liable for your entry and submission of contents in connection with participation in the Program.
